POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a full time Pastor to lead our congregation. He must also be called by God to be an effective preacher and teacher, strategic leader, administrator, planner, and staff supervisor. He will also work closely with the Board of Trustees, Director of Youth, Director of Music, our Kindergarten and Pre School Directors, Auxiliary Personnel as well as other ministry leaders.

P.D.E = (Pay depends on Experience) 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as principal preacher for both Sunday morning and evening services and play an active role in our Wednesday night programs.
• Provide primary leadership to the establishment of core organizational vision, core values, theology and doctrine for the church.
• Actively manage staff, fostering development, monitoring performance, and proactively addressing issues.
• Serve as primary teaching minister and oversee the general teaching ministry of the church.
• Oversee the effectiveness and vision alignment of the core ministries of the church—Choir/Music, Youth, Sunday school, other Outreach Programs, and Missions,
• Develop programs designed to attract and lead seekers, skeptics, un-churched and non-believing people into saving faith in Christ, and to begin their journey into full formation in Christ.
• Provide Christ-filled pastoral counseling and support to individuals, couples, and families.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Meet the qualifications of 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9
• Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies or equivalent from an accredited college or seminary, Master of Divinity or Theology preferred.
• 5 years of pastoral ministry experience.
• Excellent leadership ability, including the ability to establish vision and inspire others to work toward the achievement of that vision.
• Excellent and diverse communication skills to enable effective communication through teaching and preaching, small groups, and individual interaction.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Strong shepherding and relational abilities to connect, counsel, and gently lead.
