RATE OF PAY IS DEPENDENT UPON PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE AND ANY CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES YOU HOLD, STARTING RANGE OF PAY IS $16 - $19 PER HOUR.
Heres what youd do:
The Landscape Laborer uses hand and/or power tools or equipment to perform a wide range of landscape and irrigation duties. Your MAIN duty will be to use a String Trimmer (Weed whip) to help maintain this facility. There may be other duties or equipment you could be asked to do and/or use, training will be provided if needed for those pieces of equipment.
Youd be responsible for:
+ Cutting turf, trimming and edging along borders, and blowing using power equipment
+ Pruning shrubs and low trees to improve the growth habit or remove damaged branches
+ Planting and maintaining flower beds, and applying mulch
+ Picking up trash and debris
+ Performing weeding by hand or using a garden hoe or hula hoe
+ Maintaining a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with guests and customers
You might be a good fit if:
+ Youre at least 18 years old
+ Youre enthusiastic and dependable
+ Youre able to safely work with equipment like power saws and cutters
+ Landscapers who will be operating a BrightView fleet vehicle are required to have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
