Warehouse Associates

We’re excited to announce that Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring Warehouse Associates for a short-term 2-3 week assignment in Rural Hall, NC, specifically focusing on the socks and clothing area. 

Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (OT: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM) | $16/hr, $18/hr during OT
• 2nd Shift: 3:15 PM – 11:15 PM (OT: 3:15 PM – 1:15 AM) | $17/hr, $19/hr during OT
• Receive a $2/hr increase for working Saturdays and Sundays.
• Mandatory 10-hour OT and some weekends required.

• Rural Hall, NC 27045

Warehouse Associate Duties:

• Engage in activities in the socks and clothing area, including packaging and sorting.
• Push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Package, repackage, and sort clothing.
• Stand for the duration of your shift.
• Use wrist scanners or pallet jacks.
• Load and unload products, including folding and sorting.

Warehouse Associate Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions.
• Able to work overtime and weekends.
• Immediate start is a plus.
