Summary:

NCD is seeking a Junior Software Developer to help us evolve the central components of our service to keep up with ever-increasing scale. This person will be an integral member of our dynamic and growing team with a focus on identifying, innovating, and developing new technologies. This person will deliver high-quality, integrated solutions to the business through sustainable commitment to bring constant improvement and team collaboration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take ownership and manage projects that vary in size and scope depending on requirements for teams enabling continuous integration and automation of service integration, delivery, and deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Creating and operating services that collect and store metrics at internet scale, deliver critical capabilities to the field and embed operational knowledge and encode best practices into everything we do.
• Responsible for the review, analysis, and modification of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programming systems.
• Design custom systems for high scale, performance, and reliability.
• Contribute to end-to-end software development lifecycle by designing, developing, testing, and supporting software and services used by other teams.

  Qualifications:

Required:

• JavaScript / React.js Preferred or other front-end applications such as Vue.js Angular or Svelte.
• General understanding of SaaS and other tech platforms.
• Experience working with CRM Technologies.
• HTML/CSS/JSX
• AWS, GitHub
• Strong understanding of APIs.
• Data Management .
• Strong Excel skills.
• SQL
• Cross-functional department work will be common. 
• Complex system-level understanding.
• Product minded developer excited to make a business improvement.
• Strong communication skills.

Not Required:

• Preferred – Experience working on healthcare, banking or insurance projects.
