Job Title : Junior Project Manager – Cabling & Low Voltage

Pay Rate : $30-35/hr. (negotiable based on experience)
Summary :
Verigent's client is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their growing team in West Palm Beach, Florida, supporting cabling and low voltage projects in new construction environments.
Responsibilities :
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing low voltage and cabling installations on new construction sites.
• Support senior project managers in managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with contractors, technicians, vendors, and site supervisors to ensure timely project execution.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including reports, drawings, change orders, and meeting notes.
• Monitor project progress and assist with resolving field issues as they arise.
• Participate in project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications :
• 1-3+ years of experience in project coordination or management (low voltage, cabling, or construction projects preferred).
• Familiarity with structured cabling, fiber optic, security, or other low voltage systems a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work on active construction sites and collaborate with field teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar software) desirable.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
