- Concept Development: Collaborate with Senior Designers and team members to generate and refine innovative concepts that effectively communicate the intended message for each project.
- Brand Consistency: It is essential to maintain adherence to our brand guidelines, ensuring that all designs reflect a high standard of visual quality across every channel.
- Project Management: Facilitate the organization and oversight of multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with deadlines and timely responses to feedback.
- Research: Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and techniques to continually enhance your skills and incorporate innovative ideas into your work.
- Feedback Incorporation: Embrace constructive feedback from colleagues and supervisors to refine designs and foster personal growth.
Credentials:
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Having experience with motion graphics is certainly beneficial.
- A well-rounded portfolio that showcases your design skills, creative approach, and flexibility. It would be our pleasure to appreciate your unique approach.
