Senior Level JIRA Admin/Engineer Position , focused on the infrastructure side, performing installs, patches, and server management. Strong experience with AWS in a containerized environment. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot JIRA Data Center and server instances, including plugins, workflows, and user permissions. Deploy, monitor, and optimize JIRA environments within AWS, utilizing EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudFormation, and other AWS services. Implement and maintain JIRA instances in Docker and Kubernetes (EKS) to enhance scalability and reliability. Develop automation scripts using Bash, Python, or Terraform to manage JIRA configurations and infrastructure deployments. Must have experience working in a large enterprise environment.
