Job Title: Japanese Translator Job Description The translator professional will be responsible for providing assistance to customers and facilitating the placement of personal and commercial insurance.
Responsibilities - Provide customer service in the form of premium quotation, application, endorsement/cancellation, and claims (personal and commercial).
- Engage in marketing activities.
- Participate in special projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills - Proficiency in Japanese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in administrative assistance.
- Clerical skills.
- Insurance verification.
- Insurance customer service.
- Bilingual capabilities.
- Translation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Work Environment Office setting.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
