Property Maintenance/Handyman

Use the Hourly - Maintenance assessment

$15-$17.00

1 year experience preferred

Duties/Responsibilities:

• General care and maintenance of all grounds and buildings
• performs general maintenance on assigned equipment and facilities
• Ensures assigned facilities and equipment are ready for regular business and special events
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn the equipment and facilities to be maintained
• Valid driver's license with a good motor vehicle record (MVR)
• Ability to work outside in hot or cold environments
• Ability to safely operate electric/gas-powered tools. i.e. Chainsaws, Mower, Trimmers, etc.
• Ability to pass a background check

Previous Experience:

• Experience in maintaining facilities, equipment, and events for a construction-type company preferred
• Experience with landscaping and snow removal
• General carpentry, electrical, and plumbing knowledge
• General Handyman experience is strongly preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds periodically
• Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facilities
• Must be able to access all parts of the company equipment
• Must be able to stand for long periods and able to work in inclement weather
• Must be able to perform physical labor
