• HQC Quality Cleaning is expanding in El Segundo and has two exciting openings:
• 1. Experienced Janitorial Worker
  2. Experienced Floor Technician
• 1. Experienced Janitorial Worker
• Responsibilities:
  - Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facilities.
  - Work with a team to meet high cleaning standards.
  - Follow cleaning schedules and procedures.
  - Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
  - Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
• Requirements:
  - At least 3 years of experience as a janitor or similar role.
  - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
  - Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

2. Experienced Floor Technician

• Responsibilities:
  - Operate auto-scrubbers and other floor cleaning equipment.
  - Perform detailed floor cleaning and maintenance.
  - Train and mentor floor prep assistants.
  - Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  - Work independently and with a team to meet cleaning standards.
  - Quickly learn new techniques and procedures.
  - Participate in special cleaning projects.
• Requirements:
  - At least 3 years of experience as a Floor Technician with auto-scrubber expertise.
  - Strong attention to detail and thorough cleaning approach.
  - Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
  - Ability to train and guide junior staff.
  - Quick learner and adaptable to new procedures and equipment.
