Seeking an individual to assist with imaging, set up, and deployment for a PC/Laptop telework deployment and Active Directory upgrade throughout the Department. Knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 application support. Knowledge of migrating computers between Active Directory domains. Ability to operate maintain and perform repairs on personal computers and peripherals. Experience with imaging software 2nd level help desk support. Ability to lift equipment that weighs up to 50 pounds. Valid California Driver's License, Class C Other: Must be able to pass a stringent criminal background check (livescan) before starting work.
