IT Director - Dynamics NAV - Boston - $140k

A well-established food manufacturing company is looking for an IT Director to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity to join a growing company as they plan to a major upgrade from Dynamics NAV to Business Central.

* Manage the organization's corporate applications and IT infrastructure (including Microsoft NAV/Business Central, Power Platform, etc.)
* Develop, implement, and maintain high-performance database systems
* Support additional IT Helpdesk efforts within networking, server, and cybersecurity administration
* Generate key reports for executive leadership using Power BI
* Provide training and support to users
* Improve current business processes focused around the production floor
* Lead future technology improvement projects, coordinating with the company's VAR and MSP

Skills & Qualifications

* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central
* Experience with Power Platform highly preferred (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.)
* Background in IT Helpdesk, ERP Analysis, and/or Database Administration
* Basic understanding of accounting and supply chain processes
* Entrepreneurial, determined personality not afraid to roll up their sleeves
* Great communication skills
