Great Basin Staffing LLC is seeking experienced ISP Cable Pullers to support a major network infrastructure deployment inside commercial and industrial buildings. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent hours, prevailing wage pay, and high-profile project experience .
This project involves pulling high-count trunk fiber cables (up to 3456F) through structured cable tray systems, conduits, risers, and pathways throughout multi-building facilities. You will be working alongside skilled splicers, network technicians, and project teams.
Pull and dress fiber and copper cable inside buildings
Route cables through trays, conduits, risers, and designated pathways
Maintain proper bend radius and industry-standard installation practices
Read and follow jobsite prints, floor plans, and install instructions
Assist fiber splicers and network techs with pathway prep and staging
1+ year of experience with structured cabling, low-voltage systems, or ISP installations
Familiarity with cable pulling tools and basic indoor cable management systems
Ability to read prints, cabling diagrams, and route plans
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Prevailing wage pay with overtime potential
Per diem for qualified out-of-area candidates
