- *Job Requirements:**
- **Physical stamina and strength** : Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 55 lbs as needed, and stand or walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- **Attention to detail and accuracy** : Strong focus on correctly picking and packing orders, as well as keeping accurate inventory records to support efficient operations.
- **Experience with warehouse equipment** : Familiarity with operating pallet jacks, or other warehouse machinery (preferred but not required).
- *Duties & Responsibilities:**
- **Pick, pack, and prepare orders** : Accurately locate, retrieve, and package items for outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and handling procedures to maintain quality and safety standards.
- **Inventory management and organization** : Regularly stock, organize, and monitor warehouse inventory, conducting periodic counts to maintain accurate records and support efficient operations.
- **Loading and unloading shipments** : Safely operate equipment to load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments, minimizing potential damage and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
