We are offering a remote employment opportunity for a detail-oriented Interactive Developer/Email Marketing individual in Irvine, California. This role is pivotal in shaping and upholding our brand's superior presence in email marketing. The position involves working on the conceptual development and programming of emails, animations, and more for our campaigns. You will manage all aspects of design, testing, quality assurance, and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create high-quality designs for national and regional campaigns.

• Use InDesign for designing and Salesforce Marketing Cloud for programming and testing eMarketing initiatives.

• Understand the strategic use of data fields in email marketing to develop highly targeted and personalized campaigns based on customer behavior, preferences, and engagement history.

• Develop highly responsive, mobile-friendly email designs incorporating cutting-edge techniques to ensure optimal engagement across all devices and platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project requirements and objectives with brand guidelines and industry standards.

• Work closely with the Design Manager, Production Manager, Developers, and the Design/Marketing team in a creative and collaborative work environment.

• Ensure the quality and accuracy of files prepared in multiple formats for web and mobile, adhering to best practices and industry standards for digital production.

• Review projects for accuracy and functionality, ensuring alignment with the team’s vision and overall company branding.

• Stay updated with design/programming trends, tools, and techniques, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance project outcomes.

• Maintain an organized project management system, including file management, version control, and design process documentation

• Proficiency in creating and managing Email Campaigns

• Strong knowledge and experience with SFMC and Figma

• Ability to develop and execute interactive email marketing strategies

• Strong understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing email campaigns

• Excellent problem-solving skills related to email marketing challenges

• Strong attention to detail, particularly in the context of email design and layout

• Solid understanding of responsive design for email

• Experience with email marketing automation software.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A keen eye for aesthetics and details in email design.
