Policy Assistance: Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and clarification of coverage details to ensure clients have a clear understanding of their insurance plans.
Claims Processing: Guide clients through the claims submission process, ensuring all necessary information is collected and submitted accurately and efficiently.
Documentation: Maintain accurate client records, update policy information, and ensure all documentation is organized and accessible.
Client Education: Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and policy features to empower them to make informed decisions.
RequirementsInsurance Knowledge: Basic understanding of insurance products and terminology is required .
