Responsibilities

•Measure and cut insulation materials according to project specifications and requirements
•Install insulation materials, such as fiberglass, foam, or cellulose, in various areas such as walls, attics, basements, and crawl spaces
•Seal air leaks and gaps to ensure the maximum effectiveness of insulation
•Utilize appropriate tools and equipment, including spray guns, staple guns, and power drills, to install insulation materials
•Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to minimize hazards and maintain a safe working environment
•Collaborate with team members and contractors to ensure timely completion of insulation projects
•Keep accurate records of materials used, work performed, and time spent on each project
•Conduct quality inspections to ensure that insulation installation meets industry standards and project specifications
•Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions related to insulation installation
•Work closely with experienced insulation installers to measure, cut, and prepare insulation materials.
•Maintain accurate records of materials used and contribute to tracking project progress

Qualifications

•US Work Authorization
•18 years or older
•Physical ability to lift, carry, and walk across uneven surfaces
•Good stamina to work up to 10 hours per day
•Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn proper installation techniques
•Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
•Capacity to follow instructions and adapt to changing project requirements
•Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
•A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites
