As the Full-Time Lead Installer, you will oversee all aspects of  Stone Countertop Installation . Your primary responsibilities will include leading the countertop installation team, managing project timelines, ensuring quality standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the countertop installation team in all aspects of Natural Stone Countertop Installation.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure quality standards are met and installations are completed to customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and training to installation crew members.
• Communicate effectively with clients and address any concerns or questions during the installation process.
• Report to the assigned project manager or supervisor.

Requirements:

• Valid Georgia Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in Stone Countertop Installation.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time or extended hours, including weekends as needed.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods without restriction.
• Able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds without restriction.
• Experience in stone countertop installation and fabrication.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.

Benefits:

• Available after 90 days.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday.
