Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee our organization\'s IT operations and manage our technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience with Cisco Meraki, Reynolds and Reynolds DMS, and Google Workspace. The IT Manager will be responsible for leading a team of IT professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, and providing strategic direction to improve efficiency and security. This role requires exceptional people skills, communication skills, troubleshooting abilities, and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Environment
Work environment will be largely a car dealership environment. Regular travel between 6 dealership locations is to be expected. There are 5 dealerships very close to each other and the 6th dealership is about a 20 minute drive in Rome, NY.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Proven experience with Cisco Meraki, Reynolds and Reynolds, and Google Workspace.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network management, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent people management and leadership skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, Google, Okta) are a plus.
