Fresh Coat Charleston is a fast-growing painting company. We provide exceptional service, which includes interior and exterior residential painting, and some commercial painting.

We are currently looking for a sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate is punctual to appointments, writes and communicates well, works independently, and can close sales.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and communicate with clients to understand their needs and the full scope of their projects
• Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for projects
• Deliver same-day proposals using proprietary software suite
• Communicate with clients and project manager(s) to ensure project requirements and quality delivery of services are aligned
• Follow up with clients and other leads
• Other ad hoc responsibilities that ensure the timely execution of high quality service

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience of home-improvement, construction, or service-based industry
• A very good understanding of house painting, paint products, and the process of painting a home
• Strong time-management and organization skills
• Technologically savvy (smart phones, laptops, etc.)
• Great problem-solving skills
• Valid driver license with a good record

Strong preference will be given to those who possess the following:

• 3 years of exposure to the painting industry
• Sales experience in painting

The sales representative will be spear-heading our growth in Mt. Pleasant, Daniel Island, IOP, and more! base + commission pay (unlimited earnings!); paid training; laptop and phone will be provided.
