Job Description
Union side labor law firm in Center City Philadelphia, is seeking a full time bilingual family-based immigration paralegal who will work closely and collaboratively with the attorney to maintain case files, data entry in office, and manage clients’ petitions. This position will require professionalism, the ability to work independently and the proficiency to handle a high volume of work.
Our bilingual paralegal will be able to contact potential clients and prepare intakes, draft correspondence to clients and government agencies, maintain prompt client communication, ensure timely and accurate document production, and prepare immigration petitions and forms for USCIS and NVC.
The ideal candidate for this position possesses writing skills, can communicate with clients to ensure timely and effective information sharing regarding upcoming appointments, deadlines, and other individual aspects of clients’ immigration matters, and coordinate client meetings to review and sign petitions, if needed.
