SPREAD YOUR WINGS LLC. INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS - COACH / MENTOR
Pay Rate $22 per hour, + monthly mileage reimbursement and a phone stipend
We are looking for experience BUT we will train the right person.
As a Full-Time team member at Spread Your Wings, LLC, you'll enjoy: - Company pays 100% for of your health plan (Full-time Employee only)

We will train those with minimal experience in this field to the expectations of the ILS Life Skills Coach Position.
Preferred Education / Experience: - High School Diploma or GED.
- A degree in a related field is desired; although it's not required .
- We focus primarily on candidates with a great work ethic, a positive personality that is warm, and inviting.
- Experience in a related field: ILS, SLS, caretaking, CNA, teaching, coaching, a history of working with children or adults with IDD or other disabilities
- This is a perfect entry level position for people who are seeking experience in any type of social work, nursing, and medical fields.
Reliable transportation, a valid CDL, and car insurance are necessary as you will spend 95% of your day in the field working with clients. The other 5% will be administrative, which will involve writing reports, documentation, emails, etc.
