MillTown is seeking a skilled HVAC Sales professional to join our team. We specialize in delivering high-quality plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical services to residential customers in northeast Massachusetts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and increase profits.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and match them with appropriate products and services.
• Negotiate, close deals, and maintain key client relationships.
• Create accurate and detailed sales proposals for smooth installations.
• Provide comprehensive product and pricing details to customers.
• Promote MillTown Plumbing & Heating, Inc. to generate referrals.
• Participate actively in training sessions.
• Understand the market area and customer needs thoroughly.
• Contribute to setting and achieving sales goals.
• Be available for weekend work as required.
