We provide a wide range of residential maintenance and home repair services, including plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical, handyman, and painting. Our goal? What You’ll Do

As a vital member of our team, you will:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through efficient service and clear communication.
• Install and repair a variety of residential HVAC systems, including forced-air, steam, hot water, oil, and ductless systems.
• Tackle challenges related to airflow, fuel, refrigerant, and electrical systems.
• Maintain an organized truck inventory to ensure all flat-rate repairs are completed efficiently.
• Educate customers on enhancing their home’s comfort, efficiency, and safety.
• Mentor and assist in the development of junior service technicians.
• Adhere to all administrative details related to the service department.

What You Need to Succeed

We’re looking for candidates who have:

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience (preferred).
• EPA Universal Certification (preferred).
• A strong understanding of HVAC industry best practices and building codes.
• Proficiency in all aspects of HVAC functionality.
• A valid driver’s license.
