Strong Compensation Package Excellent Benefits Career Growth Job Details Responsibilities: As an HVAC Commissioning Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing the commissioning of HVAC systems in various construction projects.
2. Ensuring that all HVAC systems are installed correctly and are functioning properly.
3. Working closely with the construction team to ensure that all HVAC requirements are met.
4. Reviewing and approving HVAC designs and plans.
5. Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
6. Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the commissioning process.
7. Ensuring that all HVAC systems meet the necessary safety and quality standards.
8. Providing technical advice and support to the construction team.
9. Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
10. Preparing and presenting project reports and updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications: To be considered for the role of HVAC Commissioning Project Manager, you must have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
2. A basic understanding of HVAC and refrigeration equipment including AHU, FCU, VRF, VAV, Chillers, startup, and HVAC commissioning.
3. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
4. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and their installation and commissioning.
6. Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
8. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that all HVAC systems meet the necessary standards.
9. Good computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
10. A valid driver’s license, as some travel may be required.
