Are you a skilled HVAC Applications Engineer with a knack for solving complex problems and a passion for improving systems? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you! We are a leading manufacturing company seeking a highly experienced HVAC Applications Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent, full-time position where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our HVAC systems and products. You will be working closely with our sales teams, providing technical training, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities:

As an HVAC Applications Engineer, your duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Developing and implementing HVAC hydronic systems that meet our clients needs.
2. Collaborating with the sales teams to provide technical expertise and support, helping to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
3. Designing and executing thermomechanical projects to enhance our HVAC systems.
4. Identifying opportunities for HVAC improvements and implementing changes to increase efficiency and performance.
5. Conducting technical training sessions for team members to ensure a thorough understanding of our HVAC products and systems.
6. Driving processing improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
7. Serving as a subject matter expert on HVAC products, providing guidance and advice to team members and customers alike.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the HVAC Applications Engineer role, you must have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience with HVAC hydronic systems.
3. Commercial HVAC Experience is a must.
4. Experience in designing and executing thermomechanical projects.
5. A proven track record in identifying and implementing HVAC improvements.
6. Experience in supporting sales teams and providing technical training.
7. Demonstrated ability in driving processing improvements.
8. Expert knowledge of HVAC products, with the ability to serve as a subject matter expert.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
10. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
