Qualifications:

  • Senior in High School or High School Graduate, pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited program.
  • Preference given to Human Resource Management majors.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, application screening, interview coordination, and onboarding activities.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to engage potential candidates.
  • Aid in developing and implementing employee engagement strategies.
  • Utilize computer systems for various HR tasks including ATS management, data entry, and communication.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and the public via telephone, email, or in person.
  • Participate in organizing and delivering training programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases with confidentiality.
  • Engage in diversity and inclusion projects.
  • Assist in evaluating and improving HR policies and practices.
  • Gain exposure to various HR software tools and platforms.

Interns in the Human Resources department are permitted to work a maximum of 20 hours weekly, with the typical workload averaging 4-5 hours per day. Payment is facilitated either through paper checks or electronic transfers. Hourly compensation is contingent upon the prevailing state minimum wage and is susceptible to alterations accordingly. Our remuneration structure is meticulously crafted to foster avenues for progression.
