Job Description

As an HR Generalist with CONMED, you will be responsible for providing support for on-site and remote employees by partnering with the HR Business Partner & Director of Human Resources on initiatives that support talent management, performance management, change management, policy implementation, recruiting and onboarding, employment law compliance, and employee relations.
What Youll Do:
Candidate & New Hire Experience
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team on interview scheduling, accommodations, meals, candidate meet & greet, etc.
Review compensation and ensure accurate communication and record of compensation information
Ensure new hires are set up for success for their first day at the office (or first day remote)
Manage employee perks by enrolling/educating employees on available offerings
Partner with HR Leaders to ensure Advanced Surgical delivers onboarding with excellence for all new employees
Support Managers with goal-setting for their employees and performance reviews
Assist with new hire engagement activities
Employee Engagement
Participate & lead projects that impact the Advanced

Surgicaldivision , as well as develop consistent messaging across company-wide HR teams
Work closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational change, and employee development at the business unit or division level
Help drive HR focused campaigns and engagement activities
Effectively communicate with and influence employees at all levels
HR Reporting & Processes
Possess strong analytical and Excel skills for generating various HR Reports, to include weekly recruiting updates, Performance Goals and Review tracking/process excellence, various tracking of process completions
Demonstrate proficiencies in organizing & presenting data to streamline delivery of HR initiatives
Create & verify approval of organizational announcements
Partner with Key Stakeholders
Develop and maintain positive partnerships with on-site employees & managers
Office organization and support, in partnership with on-site admins
Take ownership of ad hoc administrative duties and tasks based onmangerandbusiness needs
Provide assistance to the Director of Human Resources
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree Required
0+ years related experience in Human Resources functions
Strongly Preferred:
Strong influencing, analytic, presentation, communications, and process development skills
0-20% Travel
Disclosure as required by Colorado law, the annual salary range for this position is 58,460 to 65,000. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The salary range is CONMEDs good faith belief at the time of this posting.
