Full-time or Part-time HR/Onboarding Specialist - 1144

A company in the security guard sector in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking an HR/Onboarding Specialist to handle new hires. Part-time and full-time options are available.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
• Handle the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Provide support and guidance to new hires during the onboarding process.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Conduct orientation sessions and training for new employees.
• Address and resolve any HR-related issues or concerns.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in the security guard industry.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
