Qualifications •A minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience including at least one year in
Human Resources function preferred. •Exceptional organizational, time management and prioritization skills needed for success. •
Computer literate with ability to navigate in multiple systems including HRIS, ATS, Outlook, Word and Excel. Prior HRIS strongly preferred.
•Ability to work independently while also functioning as a member of the HR team. •Demonstrated commitment to delivering 5-star customer service to internal and external customers.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: •Supports Human Resources team members and employees in: benefits, recruiting, onboarding, records administration, and various HR administrative tasks.
•Help guide employees through HR procedures and answer questions regarding the handbook and various HR policies
•Lead and manage onboarding process in collaboration with other HR team members.
•Daily management and updates to HRIS records as employee changes occur. (Transfers, promotions, new hires, terminations, status changes). Ensuring documentation is uploaded and labeled appropriately in the employee file.
•Prepares and distributes letters, memos and various other communications; includes communications to new hires, terminated employees and current staff members.
•Acts as back-up for the badging system for assigned departments.
•Receives general calls/request to department and supports or refers employee to appropriate Human Resources team member
•Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: No direct reports to this position.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to communicate effectively with staff, peers, physicians and the public. Ability to speak and understand English fluently.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Light physical effort; some standing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping; manual dexterity to operate keyboard and other equipment; detail oriented; able to maintain a pleasant and courteous demeanor under all circumstances.
