Job Description

Looking to hire a HR Manager for a growing client based in Owings Mills, this is a fully on-site role, with leadership expectations. The ideal candidate will have Profeicent experience in compensation analysis as well as experience with multiple HRIS systems and implementing new systems.


You'll design and implement the company policy for salary increases and annual bonus awards through analysis and metrics required for decision making.


Expectations:

• You've developed reward strategies and solutions involving base pay, variable pay, annual and longer-term incentives and have a track record of delivering design and implementation of reward strategies together with extensive reward industry/product knowledge.
• Your experience working at both a strategic and operational level and have practical knowledge of job analysis, external benchmarking, market analysis and implementation of policies and procedures

• BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field 5+ or more years in a high-growth Production or Manufacturing environment working in Human Resources required.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws related to employment and labor regulations and compliance, broad understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now, preferred, but Paycor, Paychex or other HRIS's will suffice.
