What You’ll Be Doing The HR Business Consultant will work primarily with Supply Chain managers, managing the delivery of HR policies, executing business‑specific projects and initiatives, and providing expert support for management teams and associates. Key responsibilities include: Providing expert HR policy interpretation and guidance on employee issues. Implementing practices and programs aligned with HR and business strategy. Leading designated projects, developing procedures, and compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects. Championing workforce planning, staffing actions, restructuring collaboration, and training solutions. Facilitating talent management initiatives, training sessions, and advising leaders on workplace trends. Conducting focus groups and exit interviews to promote associate satisfaction and maintain an inclusive, union‑free environment. What You Bring to the Table We’re looking for someone with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, effective verbal and written communication, and the ability to build trusting relationships that foster collaboration and drive results. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or equivalent work experience. Proven expertise in HR policies, procedures, and practices. Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in HR, business, or related discipline. Experience in a Supply Chain environment. Additional Certifications HR Certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP). Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
