Job Description

We need a hard-working, personable, and dependable housekeeping manager! Our resort is open year-round and is very busy!

Housekeeping Manager Qualifications:

2+ years as a housekeeping Manager in a seasonal, boutique property
3 years of excellent tenure with progressive responsibilities and positions
Hard work ethic and hands-on leadership style
Personable and hospitable personality
Experience with J-1 employees
Experience with Task Force positions is preferred
Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is preferred

Housekeeping Manager Responsibilities:

Manage the housekeeping team with professionalism and integrity
Work alongside the housekeeping team to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and guest experience
Work with the hotel department leaders on crafting the guest experience
Work task force positions in the off-season as assigned
Other duties as assigned
