Residential-Commercial Housekeeper Cleaning Specialist Company: Platinum Cleaning Solutions LLC Location: Snohomish County, WA

Job Type: On-call, part-time (potential for more hours)

Job Summary: We're seeking reliable, efficient, and meticulous Housekeeper Cleaning team members to work with us on an on-call basis to provide top-notch cleaning services to our clients, focusing on Airbnb cleanings and move-out cleanings throughout the summer months. This is an excellent opportunity to earn extra income during the summer, with potential for part-time work going forward. Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain residential and commercial properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment
• Restock supplies, replace linens, and perform other tasks as needed
• Follow a strict pre-established routine & follow directions
• Maintain professional interactions with clients
• Review your work carefully to ensure quality standards are met
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and productivity standards
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in housekeeping or a related field (preferred)
• Amazing attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 25 pounds
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work sites
• (Preferred) Must be able to work weekends on call

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly rate:

- $22.50/hour for the first 60 days or until you've established a routine that can fulfill time requirements - $23.50/hour after additional 90 days or once you've demonstrated consistent ability to meet productivity standards and deliver high-quality results - $25/hour cap for experienced cleaners
