Responsibilities: • Provide superior customer service through every guest encounter • Always be smiling, helpful, and have a positive, can-do attitude • Lead shift operations on a daily basis • Supervise front desk staff. Train new staff members • Provide superior customer service through every guest encounter • Resolve guest and employee issues • Patrol hallways, lobby, and other areas as necessary. Complete other tasks as necessary • Gather financial and operational information and submit daily reports at the end of the shift Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent certification required (GED) • Bookkeeping skills and experience with MS Office a plus • Have superb communication skills, management skills, and multitasking skills • Hospitality experience of at least 1 year is required for this role • 40 hours per week position and must be able to work any nights and days • Typical schedule is 3 pm-11 pm.
