Job Summary: Responsible for greeting every person entering the retail pub and assisting them in a friendly, courteous, timely manner.
Responsibilities: - Welcome and seat guests upon arrival
- Maintain a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- Sell and restock merchandise
- Support bar staff with table clearing and restroom upkeep
- Keep the host area clean and organized
- Assist with food delivery and table bussing
Qualifications & Requirements: - Weekend availability required
- Organized and able to multitask effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience handling money and processing transactions
- Excellent time management and sense of urgency
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Dependable and adaptable
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
