Overview of Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for conducting building inspections, completing electronic reports, and providing excellent customer service. In addition to building inspections we would require candidates to perform additional ancillary services. Must be able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions, such as climbing ladders, crawlspaces, attics & roofs. We're seeking a team member who fits our culture of personal and professional development.
Qualifications & AbilitiesCandidates are required to have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle suitable for home inspection equipment, current automobile insurance, a good driving record, internet access and a cell phone. A full criminal background check is required for employment. We provide flexible scheduling, software, E&O insurance, and all back office support.

Salary: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year (based on experience)
