• Create assessments (such as tests, quizzes, and projects) to evaluate student understanding and progress.
• Adapt to the dynamic nature of teaching and respond well to changes.
• Handle criticism, be open to feedback, and continuously improve teaching methods.
• Manage classroom dynamics and maintain a positive learning environment.
