Salary:

Benchmark Therapy and Rehab is a large therapy practice providing contract and staffing services to Home Health Agencies, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF's), Assisted Living / Senior Care Buildings and Hospitals.

Our continued growth requires an additional team member to assist in identifying qualified therapists with similiar goals and guide them through the hiring and onboarding process.

Prior experience in recruiting clinical staff is required.

Position Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various methods, including online career sites, social media, community partnerships, networking events, and referrals, to source qualified candidates for open positions.
• Candidate Experience: Provide courteous and responsive communication to all candidates, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
• Interviewing Excellence: Conduct thorough personal and/or phone interviews, meticulously researching and recording all necessary information for successful job placements.
• Documentation and Submission: Follow established guidelines for proper documentation and timely submission of candidates for open positions.
• Collaboration: Establish open and ongoing communication with Business Development Managers to ensure the timely and successful placement of candidates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication Proficiency: Exhibit professional and interpersonal skills in verbal and written communication. 
• Technological Agility: Comfortably navigate various computer programs and swiftly adapt to new technology, online research sites, database systems, and social media.
