In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Influence strategy and growth in a rising health technology company through providing a supportive, helpful, and pleasant patient experience while assisting patients via remote video conference with them and our home sleep testing equipment. Engage with patients through general technical support, instructions on proper use and care of equipment, and general education on their equipment and supplies. Coaching and engaging our patients to a long-term life of sleeping well, breathing well and being well.
You are responsible for (but not limited to):
· Communicate pertinent information regarding our solution and services and assist on how to effectively setup/utilize in the diagnosis and treatment for their therapy via telehealth. (Virtual Setup)
· Hosting virtual video appointments and or telephonic meetings to educate our patients to ensure completion of physician orders, then uploading data from tests, as necessary.
· Tracking progress and handling patient follow up with DME (Durable Medical Equipment) orders and as necessary for resupply. (Compliance to be done at 14-day, 30-day, 60-day, & 90-day intervals)
· Performing coaching and training on the use of sleep testing equipment and PAP equipment and resupply.
· Responsible for troubleshooting calls with all equipment and supplies.
· Responsible for emailing or sending via electronically, patient forms and other consent forms to patients.
· Answering the phone when necessary.
· Timely follow up on messages and voicemails.
· If certified, you may be required to work from our Lab location or other locations, as necessary.
· Grow with the company and develop your role as Sleep Coach.
· Organizing digital workspace in order to update and maintain patient files.
· Any other duties thus assigned; this may include but is not limited to assisting with updating standard operating procedures, coaching and or mentoring others, etc.
· Working as a member of a valuable team that collaborates and respects each other's roles to aid in creating a cross-functional team.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
· Licensed CNA (or previous CNA) strongly preferred.
· RPSGT – Registered Polysomnographic Technologist certification preferred.
· Experience with call center customer service is highly preferred and previous experience in healthcare would be ideal.
· DME experience strongly preferred.
· Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
· A prominent level of accuracy and attention to detail are also vital.
