DAY-TO-DAY
This full-time implementation position with our software company works typical business hours .
As an HCM Tech - Data Entry Implementation Clerk with our technology company, you serve as the technical subject matter expert during the implementation and execution of new client conversions. You work on applicant tracking, onboarding, employee self-service, payroll, timekeeping, HR systems, and APIs used by thousands of clients and users on a daily basis. Partnering with an implementation specialist, you ensure all data is accurate and agreed upon before submitting it. You import employee wage data, prior tax liabilities, agency POAs, and banking data.
In addition, you ensure all data is balanced as well as perform quality assurance checks to make sure payroll frequencies, PTO plans, benefit deductions, earning codes, garnishments, time entry, and HR functions are implemented correctly. When adjustments need to be made, you act quickly and efficiently. You also assist in the training and development of other team members as needed. REQUIREMENTS FOR AN HCM TECH - DATA ENTRY IMPLEMENTATION CLERK
A bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience with Excel, HCM, and SQL Server would be a plus, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
