Title: Growth Product Manager

Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities:

• Partner with product, marketing, engineering, and analytics teams to drive growth initiatives.
• Optimize marketing flows across the subscription lifecycle, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and winback.
• Translate business needs into scalable platform capabilities.
• Co-develop a best-in-class growth program alongside the Lifecycle Marketing team.
• Prioritize growth initiatives, communicate the roadmap, and drive cross-functional execution.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and uncover continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on B2C marketing or ad tech.
• Deep expertise in subscription or recurring revenue models and growth strategies.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
• Proactive, creative problem solver with sharp attention to detail.
• Proven track record working in matrixed, cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading global, high-impact projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees are a plus.

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
