Job Description:

In this role, you will create visual assets that shape the visual identity of our brand and drive marketing initiatives. This creative position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from concept to execution, in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have relevant design experience (working with luxury manufacturing companies and/or interior designers is a plus) and be an expert at Adobe Creative Suite with a strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and other graphic elements.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO to conceptualize and deliver exceptional creative work.
• Design visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media, website collateral, product catalogs, spec sheets, email campaigns, and advertisements.
• Work closely with team members to develop and execute design projects that align with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all channels.
• Oversee packaging design, merchandising, and branding materials.
• Coordinate photoshoots, including selecting trims, moldings, fabric, and paint colors, and managing set building when necessary.
• Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of design experience in a related field.
• Proven expertise in art direction, graphic design, and branding, with a strong portfolio demonstrating these skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom); experience with Figma and photo retouching is a plus.
• Exceptional typography, layout, and design skills.
• Highly organized and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to effectively manage up.
