The Role:
The Marketing Project Intern will assist the marketing team with the planning, execution, and analysis of various marketing projects. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. There will be a key focus on organizational management of projects and tracking execution of work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Support: Assist in organizing and tracking marketing projects with a global team to include tracking work, report our for projects and providing timeline management.
* Data Analysis: Will gain exposure through process management of performance of marketing campaigns using tools as applicable.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to execute strategies and plans.
* Event Coordination: May gain exposure in organizing and promoting marketing events, webinars, or product launches as needed
* Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, maintaining project files, and coordinating with external vendors.
Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics, social media platforms).? MS Excel will be a primary skillset used daily.
* Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
* Previous internship or project experience in marketing is a plus, but not required.
* Creative thinker, extremely detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
