Robert Half is looking for a GIS Analyst to work for their client that is in the public sector industry located in Huntington Park, CA. The GIS Analyst position is hybrid 3 times a week on-site and the other days will be remote. The GIS Analyst should have at least 3 years of experience in GIS and has some public Sector experience. This role is integral to our operations and involves managing GIS data requirements, including GIO validation data, map data, and more, within a technology-focused industry.
Responsibilities:
• Handle GIS data requirements, focusing on Azure technology
• Conduct GIO validation data management
• Oversee the mapping data, including street center lines, common places, points of interest
• Manage municipal, zone area, and response boundaries data
• Utilize Cisco, Citrix, Cloud, and Dell Technologies as part of your daily tasks
• Implement Firewall Technologies and Active Directory in your work
• Utilize Backup Technologies and Computer Hardware for data management
• Employ Configuration Management skills
• Provide excellent Customer Service and respond to inquiries
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary
