YOUR MISSION (The Job Description)

The general stagehand will play an important roll in the set up and breakdown of the show process in addition to unloading and loading gear from various vehicles. As a representative of the venue production department, the stagehand will support tours in the areas of audio, video, lighting and backline. The stagehands' role is critical in ensuring the success of our events.

Requirements

WHAT IT TAKES (The Qualities We Look For)

• 1-2 years' experience in the entertainment industry
• Ability to lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds
• Basic knowledge of hanging lights, audio arrays, and running cables
• Ability to be coached on approved best practices determined by the team leads and management
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends

WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE'S

• OSHA 10
• Ability to use hand tools (both powered and unpowered)
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Rigging experience

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Moderate to loud sound levels
• Temperatures exceeding 100 degrees
• Long hours exceeding 10 per shift
