JOB DESCRIPTION -- We are looking for a MD/DO to help expand ancillary offerings within an existing practice. The ideal candidates will have experience and a passion to help patients manage medications conservatively through an evidence-based approach. We are expanding our team to include primary care providers to help patients maximize wellness through non-drug solutions such as better sleep hygiene and nutrition.

We started Nurocoach to combat the "churn-and-burn" and over-prescribing trends in our current healthcare system. We are looking for providers who share the same values.

Nurocoach is a national hybrid brick-and-mortar and telehealth practice committed to helping patients achieve the best outcomes through an integrated health approach.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a contract physician to supervise advanced practice providers and see patients in-person at our facility in Bryan/College Station on a part-time basis. The best candidate will be passionate about taking a truly holistic and evidence-based approach to wellness as part of -- and potentially leading -- an interdisciplinary medical team.

The ideal team member will:

• be licensed to practice medicine, with prescribing authority in Texas
• be passionate about providing best-in-class clinical diagnosis and support to patients struggling with a variety of physical and mental health challenges
• take a conservative approach to medication management
• have extensive experience with patient intake, development and management of complex cases
• be very comfortable learning and utilizing technology such as telehealth platforms and EMR software (Advanced MD)
• be focused on personal growth and development -- and on helping others do the same!

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

• Deliver best-in-class care as a primary care provider
• Assist in the ongoing development of corporate intellectual property and clinical content of the local facility in Bryan/College Station, as well as the national telehealth Nurocoach brand
• Submit patient notes in a timely manner, assisted by our real-time note-taking in EMR (AdvancedMD)
• Develop into a leadership role that encompasses clinical and customer service leadership

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $75.00 - $115.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
