Job Description Job Description IMMEDIATE OPENING – FULL-STACK WEB DESIGNER WITH GRAPHIC DESIGN – FULL TIME EDIT HOUSE PRODUCTIONS, LLC AND AD HOUSE ADVERTISING – RIO RANCHO, NM Job Opening – April 15, 2025 Edit House Productions, LLC and Ad House Advertising in Rio Rancho, New Mexico are seeking a Full-Stack Web Designer with some graphic design experience in both print and electronic media. Our company, now 25 years old, serves businesses and organizations in New Mexico and across the United States. For years, we’ve been among the largest advertising agencies and marketing companies in the state. We're looking for a professional who has merged their creative passions into both website and graphic design. The successful candidate should have an understanding of how website design, SEO, compelling content, and graphic design help create successful marketing campaigns. Our clients are in multiple business verticals and trust us to help them grow! We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal Web Designer and Graphic Artist will be able to hit the ground running. Requirements A degree in Web Development and Programming or equivalent experience Possible Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience 3+ years’ experience in professional website and graphic design, preferably with a marketing agency Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be able to meet deadlines, be on time, and be dependable and friendly Must be a team player and appreciate clients and fellow employees Must have a workplace appropriate appearance and behavior Web Designer and Graphic Artist Responsibilities Design, develop and coordinate WordPress websites, from design to launch, following industry standards for email SMTPs, ADA compliance, SSL, security protocols and authentications Update and report on issues with WP Engine Ensure all websites are responsive, mobile-friendly, and optimized for performance Work simultaneously on 5+ projects based on current client workload Possibly create visual aspects of marketing materials, online advertisements, websites and other media, including digital ads, print materials and infographics Consistently meet all deadlines for client projects. Balance tasks in a fast-paced environment, completing website updates and longer-term developments with graphic design needs Web Designer and Graphic Artist Skills Some understanding of Photoshop packaging and scripting methods Exceptional adaptive design eye and skill Understanding of the importance of accuracy in your work Experience working with WordPress. Bonus for experience in Divi and Avada Understanding of digital ad campaigns and best practices for digital ads and website’s landing pages Some working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript Working knowledge of WP Engine staging and hosting Utilize design tools proficiently, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant software Ability to recommend solutions, absorb direction and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients Other Duties and Responsibilities Other duties and responsibilities as required Background testing may be required A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record is required if driving for the company If you’re organized and passionate about graphic and web design and have a true love for creating new and exciting content, you could be the perfect candidate to join the Edit House Productions, LLC and Ad House Advertising team.
