Overview
CTG is seeking to fill a Full Stack Developer opening for our client in Piscataway, NJ.
Location: Piscataway, NJ
Duration: 3 months
Duties:
Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications leveraging modern cloud-native technologies.
Build rich UI applications using frameworks such as ReactJS or Angular.
Develop scalable and resilient backend microservices based on 12-factor principles and domain-driven design.
Implement APIs and event-driven interfaces for seamless integration.
Model and manage data using SQL and NoSQL databases.
Develop applications using .NET Core and other microservices-oriented programming languages.
Implement Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
Utilize Azure services for PaaS, networking, event-driven architectures, observability, and DevSecOps.
Manage containerized workloads with Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure Container Service.
Contribute to Agile development cycles with continuous release and improvement.
Ensure infrastructure-as-code practices with Terraform and ARM templates.
Skills:
Proficiency in front-end frameworks: ReactJS or Angular.
Strong backend development skills using .NET Core and microservices architecture.
Deep knowledge of Azure cloud services including App Services, Kubernetes Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Event Grid, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, and SQL DB.
Experience with event-driven systems using Kafka and Zookeeper.
Expertise in CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub, YAML pipelines.
Strong understanding of containerization, serverless computing, and API management.
Familiarity with observability tools: AppInsights, Azure Monitor.
Knowledge of DevSecOps, PowerShell scripting, and infrastructure automation.
Experience:
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in cloud-native environments.
Hands-on experience with Azure-based application development and deployment.
Experience in Agile methodologies and continuous delivery cycles.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement microservices and APIs.
Prior work with modern SQL and NoSQL data modeling.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
