This role involves working remotely to support our internal recruitment team on a project-by-project basis. You'll play a key role in delivering top-notch talent to our clients within agreed timelines.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to understand specific role requirements.
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using various platforms and tools.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and progress.
• Ensure timely delivery of recruitment milestones while maintaining excellent communication throughout the process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter (1-2 years minimum), with a track record of successful placements.
• Strong ability to source and assess candidates across multiple industries and roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to deliver quality outcomes within agreed timelines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail oriented.
